QUALIFICATIONS
	A  bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
	Efficient and accurate data entry skills 
	Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
	5 years of experience in an administrative office setting, with strong clerical and customer services skills 
	Ability to multi-task
	Excellent communication skills and professionalism

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
	Serve as office manager for the Office of the President.
	Provide clerical support for the President and Executive Assistant.
	Schedule meetings and appointments and routinely inform President/Executive Assistant of schedules, obligations and commitments.
	Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
	Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
	Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages.
	Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit and direct said persons to the appropriate office.
	Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and share such with the President or Executive Assistant to the President prior to distribution to appropriate persons/offices.
	Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining confidential records/files and performing basic bookkeeping.
	Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
	Assist with the preparation of agendas and coordination of meetings for the President, the Board of Trustees, various committees, and other meetings as designated.
	Prepare various travel forms and requisitions for business travel.
	Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance the operations of the Office of the President.
