Jarvis Christian College is accepting applications for the CARES Act Emergency Grant Aid Relief Fund on August 13, 2021. The Emergency Grant Aid is to provide direct support to students impacted by the change in College operations due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The application will remain available online until September 30, 2021. Funds will be disbursed after the application period has closed and applicants have been verified.
The CARES Act included the Emergency Grant Aid Relief Fund for students directly impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic as it relates to cost of attendance to cover categories such as technology, child care, food, travel, course materials, transportation, supplies and/or college account balances.
According to the Department of Education, in order to be eligible to receive to Emergency Grant Aid Relief, students must meet the following requirements:
