Executive Cabinet

The Executive Cabinet at Jarvis Christian University is a leadership team responsible for guiding the strategic direction and overall administration of the university. Comprised of senior university officials, the Executive Cabinet works collaboratively to ensure that the university’s mission, vision, and values are effectively implemented across all aspects of campus life. This team plays a critical role in shaping policies, overseeing academic and operational functions, and advancing initiatives that support the growth and success of the university.

The Executive Cabinet is led by the President of Jarvis Christian University and includes the following key leaders:

Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs: Oversees academic programs, faculty development, and the university’s commitment to academic excellence.

Vice President for Finance and Administration: Manages the university’s financial resources, budget planning, and administrative operations.

Vice President for Student Affairs: Responsible for student life, student support services, and the overall student experience on campus.

Vice President for Enrollment Management and Retention: Focuses on student recruitment, admissions, retention, and enrollment strategies.

Vice President for Institutional Advancement & Development: Leads fundraising, alumni relations, and external partnerships to support the university’s mission.

The Executive Cabinet plays a vital role in ensuring that Jarvis Christian University remains focused on its strategic goals while adapting to the changing needs of higher education. The Cabinet’s responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term plans that align with the university’s mission and vision.

Policy Development: Creating and reviewing policies that govern the university’s operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation of resources, including finances, facilities, and human capital, to support the university’s priorities.

Institutional Effectiveness: Monitoring and assessing the university’s performance in key areas such as academics, student success, and community engagement.

Collaboration and Communication: Facilitating collaboration across departments and maintaining open communication with the university community, including faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
