Jarvis Christian University welcomes new Food Service Director Miss Lakisha Simmons. She studied restaurant and food services management at Kilgore College and is an experienced food service manager with a proven ability to manage all facets of food service operations. She brings a strong knowledge of dietary guidelines, menu planning, health promotion, waste reduction, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Her goals are enhancing food satisfaction and streamlining food production processes while upholding stringent standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
