The Divison of Humanities, Arts, and Sciences at is dedicated to exploring the richness of human experience and the complexities of the natural world. Our school is a vibrant academic community where creativity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry come together to inspire learning, discovery, and innovation.

Division of Professional Studies

The School of Professional Studies is where theory meets practice, preparing students for impactful careers in business, social work, and education. Our school is committed to equipping future professionals with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding they need to excel in their chosen fields and make a positive difference in their communities.

Graduate School

We welcome all prospective graduate students to the Graduate School at Jarvis Christian University. The Office of the Graduate School is housed in the Charles E. Meyer Building, Suite S-39. The Graduate School is led by a Dean, Dr. Saliba D. Mukoro, who reports directly to the Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Regina Robinson. The Graduate School has a Graduate Council made up of Graduate Program Coordinators, appointed graduate faculty members, and selected graduate students. 


Jarvis Online (JOL) Program

Jarvis Online (JOL) offers a flexible and accessible pathway for students to pursue higher education while balancing other life commitments. Through JOL, students can earn undergraduate and graduate degrees in various disciplines entirely online, benefiting from the same academic rigor and faculty expertise as traditional on-campus programs. Whether you're starting or finishing your degree, JOL empowers you to achieve your educational and career goals from anywhere.

Renaissance Adult & Continuing Education Program

Our Adult Education Program is designed to support working professionals, parents, and those returning to school after a break, offering flexible pathways to earn your degree while balancing life’s responsibilities. Whether you’re looking to advance your career, change fields, or achieve a long-held educational goal, we are here to provide the tools and resources you need for success.

Olin Library & Communication Center

Welcome to the Olin Learning Resource Center (OLRC) of Jarvis Christian University! The primary purpose of the OLRC is to serve the Jarvis Christian University faculty, staff, students and community at-large. The Olin Learning Resource Center (OLRC) contains the Library, Media Center and Olin Learning Resource Center.


Barbara C. Jordan Honors Program

The JCU Barbara C. Jordan Honors Program is a community of supportive faculty, staff, and peers with diverse majors, ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives. JCU honors students meet challenges with enthusiasm and persistence and participate in the academic and social life of the University at the highest levels. Our program cultivates leadership, skill-building, and personal growth among students.

Institutional Research and Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) at Jarvis Christian University is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
