Jarvis Christian University students have the opportunity to engage with career professionals in virtual “lunch and learn” mentoring events through the efforts of the JCU Faculty Employer Advisory Committee (FEAC).
Chairman Dr. Jared Williams and Vice-Chairman Mr. Glenn Best oversee the FEAC that allows faculty to contact employers to schedule virtual lunch and learn events to discuss business topics based on what is relevant to their students

FEAC members participating in the recently announced JCU Employer Lunch and Learn Series are:

The mission of the JCU Faculty Employer Advisory Committee (FEAC) is to create a unique and ever-expanding partnership between Jarvis Christian University and a premier group of employers—representing diverse businesses, industries, and nonprofit sectors—to prepare Jarvis students for success entering the workforce. The FEAC is a valuable platform for cultivating an ongoing interaction between the university and its employer partners by providing:
- feedback on program competencies, assuring curriculum, course content, and student competencies meet current industry standards;
- executive shadowing experiences and promoting worksite visits for students;
- recommendations for qualified graduates to attend graduate school;
- facility and equipment improvement recommendations;
- clear communication between professors and employers to establish cooperative relationships between education and industry.
